Assuming we hit it off on the phone first, a first date would be somewhere we can talk and look at each other. It could be as simple as walking dogs, or going to a fun event. The classic "fine dinner" would be nice but it could be just coffee. We will brainstorm together depending on location!

This could be lunch, dinner, or somewhere quiet to talk and size each other up. That's a guy thing where you evaluate the situation and objectively decide if meeting was fruition or futile.

As Sheldon would do, I will also offer you a hot beverage! LOL! It seems that people relax when starting off with something to drink. If it is early, start off with coffee/tea at a funky coffee house. Sit, chat, and relax! If meeting later in the day, find a good pub or wine bar. Maybe spark conversation by sharing a flight of fine ale, or a tasting of wine, and then compare notes?
If the fun is building, move on to ordering a meal and continuing to glean each other's story! Then, maybe a movie, walk, hike, concert....?
I like to do organized things to take the pressure off. Maybe going to the firing range, going to the racing track, going to the golf course, going out to dinner or maybe paint night.

Nothing to huge. Just some place where we can get to know each other. Take a walk while eating ice cream, or just a simple conversation over some burgers and a few drinks. Just something to break the tension.
Anything we can do outside of the house. Not going to get anywhere being a couch potato. Somewhere that is not to loud so we can have an adult conversation & enjoy each other's company while getting to know each other.
I'm open to anything,I like to do all kinds of different things , always down for an adventure but I would most likely say let's grab a bite at some point of the date because truth is i love to eat lol
