I had dinner with a friend so I wouldn’t count that as an ideal date, but more friends having dinner. but if I were to have an ideal date, mine were to be coffee or at a restaurant or walking on the beach.

If I'm picking out of these options, I love a good art museum, era isn't really important. If I had to pick a favorite it would be either Musee d'Orsay in Paris or the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.

The usual meet at a restaurant and have dinner/drinks, probably a walk after some where so my dog can meet you(she comes every where with me) maybe a ride on the bike, see if your down to backpack while we ride some nooners, and whatever we feel like after or before

How about a good dinner your choice. While we are getting to know each other and having a great night we could have a fantastic morning. Open to all fun suggestions but I really like to keep the first date very low pressure and as chill as possible because they can be anxiety inducing enough. I'm happy with a nice quiet pub and good flowing conversation.
